Berry township heritage nomination
Following its listing of the Berry Township Urban Conservation Area obn the Register of the National Trust, the township is being nominated by the National Trust for Listing on Shoalhaven City Council's new Local Environmental Plan as a Heritage Item.

National Trust submission on the NSW Planning System Review
The National Trust has commented on the NSW Planning System Review being undertaken by former State Government Ministers Tim Moore and Ron Dyer. In its submission -"Of Form Assembled in the Light" the Trust argues that a properly functioning planning system will meet the needs of the community, decision-makers, industry, the environment and heritage.
Trust welcomes proposals to tear down monorail
The National Trust welcomes the news that Infrastructure NSW is indicating that the Sydney monorail may be pulled down as part of plans to redevelop the Darling Harbour Convention Centre.
